We do not supply Action, the discount chain with shops right across Europe, and we do not supply any other retail chain either. The microfibre cloths on its shelves come from a different manufacturer and are not our product. You buy the genuine iZi-Clean cloths directly from us.

How do you use the cloths?
Soak a new cloth once for 15 minutes in lukewarm water. After that you polish slightly damp, with water alone.
You can use the cloth dry as well, for dusting for example. For a truly streak-free finish, though, we really do recommend using it slightly damp.
How do you wash a microfibre cloth so it lasts?
At 40 degrees, with washing powder or our washing strips, without fabric softener and not in the tumble dryer.
