The Starter Pack holds four cloths in different colours: pink, blue, light grey and anthracite.
The Dark Pack holds four cloths in one colour: anthracite grey.
Our best seller is the value pack of 12 cloths: three packs of four in one, so you save more.
How many laundry sheets are in a pack, and how many washes is that?
There are 50 sheets in a pack, which is up to 100 washes.
Dosing: up to 4 kg of laundry, half a sheet is enough; above 4 kg you use a whole sheet.
What's the iZi-Clean microfibre cloth made of?
iZi-Clean microfibre cloths are made of 2 components.
20% polyamide 80% polyester
To safeguard our production process and what sets us apart from the competition, we don't publish the exact split of those percentages.
Is the quality of the test cloths different from the rest of the range?
No, there's no difference.
What's an iZi-Clean microfibre cloth?
The iZi-Clean microfibre cloth is a cleaning cloth of a different order, which is why people call it the Wonder Cloth. One cloth is all you need, and you spend 50% less time on your cleaning.
You don't only save time, you get a strikingly streak-free finish as well. In short: done sooner, done properly, first time.
Why are you so much cheaper than comparable products?
Because there's no middleman: we make the iZi-Clean cloths ourselves. We keep the whole chain in our own hands, from production to your front door.
That way you get the highest quality while we keep the price down. Which is why we say it with some pride: a straight product at a straight price.
Can I wet mop with the iZi-Click Mop?
The fabric cloths in the box are ideal for picking up dust and stray hair. That makes vacuuming easier, or saves you doing it at all. With the little comb you sweep the hair and dust straight into the bin, which saves time and mess. Wet mopping: for wet mopping and other cleaning jobs you fold an iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth in half and click it onto the mop. The iZi-Dry Towel S (30 x 40 cm) was also developed specially for the iZi-Click Mop for wet mopping.
Cloths included and optional:
- 2 fabric cloths included
- Optional: iZi-Dry Towel S
- Optional: iZi-Clean Wonder Cloths
Using the cloths:
The fabric cloths work dry for dust and damp for mopping. The Wonder Cloth you always use damp, never dry, and the iZi-Dry Towel does its job dry, lifting water off a wet surface. When the fabric cloths are used damp, drying can take a little longer. Whether the floor dries streak-free depends on the floor type and the cleaning products you use. Want it dry faster? Go over the floor with an iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth or an iZi-Dry Towel. That gives you a streak-free finish and a floor that looks properly clean.
With a damp iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth you also reach awkward corners, tall doors, high cupboards and bathroom tiles without any stretching.
The 150 cm telescopic handle adjusts to your own height and working position. For a streak-free finish, both the surface you're cleaning and the cloths need to be properly clean and free of grease.
Some surfaces need two thorough passes before they're completely free of grease and dust.
Less faff, floor done. That's the iZi-Click Mop.
Can I order extra fabric cloths separately?
Separate fabric cloths aren't available to order at the moment.
What's the difference between the Wonder Cloth and the Drying Towel?
The difference in short: iZi-Clean Wonder Cloths and iZi-Dry Towels
Two cloths, two jobs. The Wonder Cloth cleans, the Drying Towel takes the water away. Between them they cover almost everything you do around the house, and knowing which one to reach for is what gets you finished sooner.
iZi-Clean Wonder Cloths
Thickness and texture:
At 220 GSM the Wonder Cloth is thin and flexible, so it's easy to handle and easy to wring out.
How you use it:
Perfect for the everyday jobs: mirrors, glass, the car and much more. Always use it damp, never dry, because just damp is what gives you a streak-free finish.
What you get out of it:
The thin structure wrings out in seconds and holds up to 7 times its own weight in water, so the cloth stays at the right dampness and the finish stays streak-free.
Ideal on smooth, non-textured surfaces.
Why choose the iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth?
Spotless mirrors, clear windows and gleaming worktops, in a fraction of the time you spend now. With the iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth you clean faster and get more out of every pass. You get that time back for something better, and the house still looks right.
iZi-Dry Towels
Thickness and texture:
At 600 GSM the iZi-Dry Towels are considerably thicker and hold a lot more water. The iZi-Dry Towel M (60 × 40 cm) takes up to 800 ml and the S (30 × 40 cm) up to 400 ml, so a wet shower screen comes dry in one pass.
How you use it:
Use it dry. That's its job: lifting water off a wet surface, after cleaning or after a shower. Perfect for larger areas such as shower cubicles, outside windows or wet floors.
What you get out of it:
The thicker structure feels solid in the hand and takes up a lot of water at once, which is exactly what the bigger jobs ask for.
Why choose the iZi-Dry Towel?
After a large glass sliding door or a steamy bathroom, no streaks and no leftover moisture to go back over. The iZi-Dry Towel leaves the surface dry and streak-free in a couple of passes, and it keeps limescale from settling in the first place.
The pair that keeps a house looking right
With the iZi-Clean Wonder Cloth and the iZi-Dry Towel to hand, you're set for whatever the house throws at you. Daily upkeep or a proper deep clean, the two together save you time and leave nothing behind to wipe again.
Why doesn't the bucket have two chambers for dirty and clean water?
A bucket with separate chambers for dirty and clean water sounds ideal, but in practice it rarely works the way you expect.
Most standard buckets have a single compartment. If you genuinely want to keep dirty water away from clean water, you actually need three compartments, or two separate buckets:
- A compartment for clean water : to start with, and to rinse the cloth in clean water every time.
- A rinsing compartment : which catches the dirty water once you've rinsed the cloth.
- A compartment to wet the cloth again : so you can carry on mopping after wringing out, without dragging dirt back onto the floor.
While you're mopping, what matters is that as little dirty water as possible stays in the cloth. So after a pass you need to wet the cloth again in the clean water compartment. But after one rinse that water is no longer really clean, which is what makes the two-compartment idea fall down. The cloth keeps going back into slightly dirty water.
With three compartments or two separate buckets you can work in the right order, so the clean water stays clean and the mopping goes faster. That's what makes the job easier.
How much water does the Drying Towel hold?
The iZi-Dry Towel M absorbs up to 800 ml. That's an average shower cubicle left streak-free and limescale-free in no time at all.
What can I use the Drying Towel on?
Far more than the shower. Think bathroom fittings, taps, glass doors, mirrors and tiles, but also windows, basins, worktops and the car.
What size is the Drying Towel?
The iZi-Dry Towel M is 60 x 40 cm.
Are the laundry sheets sustainable?
Yes. They're vegan, biodegradable and plastic-free. The packaging is fully biodegradable too: tear it into pieces after use and put it in the soil.
Are the laundry sheets suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. They're hypoallergenic and kind to skin. The anti dust mite action makes them a particularly good choice if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Do I still need fabric conditioner with the laundry sheets?
No. The laundry sheets leave your washing soft without fabric conditioner.
What's in the box with the iZi-Click Mop?
The box holds 1 iZi-Click mop head, 1 handle of 150 cm, 1 fabric comb and 2 microfibre fabric cloths.
Can I make the Click Mop handle shorter?
Yes. The 150 cm handle extends and shortens again, so it stores away compactly. At full length you reach the spots you normally can't, without the backache.
Which cloths work with the Click Mop?
The Click Mop works with the microfibre cloths in the box, and it also takes the iZi-Clean Wonder Cloths and the iZi-Dry Towel S.
What can I use the Click Mop on?
All sorts of surfaces: floors and wall tiles, but also high cupboards, tall doors and high windows. The long handle gets you there without stretching.
Are the DotShield pans 100% PFAS free?
Yes. The non-stick layer is natural SiO2 (silica, the main ingredient of sand and glass), not PTFE or Teflon. Tested and certified to CE and LFGB, including DIN 10955.
Does the pan work on induction?
Yes, on every hob: gas, electric, ceramic and induction. And it goes in the oven up to 300 degrees.
Will the pans warp on induction?
No. The solid tri-ply runs through the whole pan, base and walls, not just the base. That's what keeps it flat, even against the power of induction. The magnetic 430 stainless steel underlayer is what couples it to your hob.
Does the pan come with a lid?
That depends on the pan and it's always stated clearly with the product. The frying pans come with a glass lid, the saucepan and both stockpots have their lid as standard, and the pancake pan and the wok are used without one.
Are the pans too heavy?
They're sturdier than a thin aluminium pan, and that's exactly why they never warp. The weight sits in the base, not in the handle, so they still sit comfortably in your hand.
Do the handles get hot?
On the hob the stainless steel handles stay cool enough to pick up; they're deliberately set slightly away from the pan. If the pan goes in the oven, always reach for an oven glove.
What's in the box with the Turbo Twin Mop?
You get the complete set: 1 round mop head with round microfibre cloth, 1 flat mop head with flat microfibre cloth, 1 adjustable stainless steel handle up to 150 cm, 1 bucket of 8 litres with a built-in spinner and 1 fabric comb. Unpack, click, mop.
What's the difference between the round mop and the flat mop?
The round mop is there for corners, edges, around the toilet and tight wet rooms: it turns 360 degrees and reaches where a flat mop can't. The flat mop is your workhorse for larger spans such as the living room, kitchen and hallway, and it slides neatly under cupboards and sofas. Swapping over is one click.
Does the Turbo Twin Mop work on every floor?
Yes, it suits every floor type: tiles, wood, laminate, PVC, vinyl and even marble and natural stone. The soft microfibre protects delicate surfaces. Only the round mop cloth isn't suitable for very rough, unsealed floors; use the flat cloth there.
How long do the mop cloths last and can I order them separately?
Washed correctly, the cloths last up to 100 washes; with weekly use that's about a year. After that you simply order refills: the TTM Round Refill (2 pieces) for the round mop or the TTM Flat Refill (2 pieces) for the flat mop. A new handle is available separately too.
Is the handle adjustable and who does it suit?
Yes, the stainless steel handle adjusts up to 150 cm. That means everyone in the house can work with it comfortably, whether you're 1.55 m or 1.95 m, without stooping.
How to use21
How do I wash iZi-Clean cloths?
Washing instructions:
Sort by colour to prevent colour transfer
Wash with the iZi-Clean Wash Sheets
Wash with washing powder and a dash of vinegar instead of fabric conditioner
Wash at 40 degrees
Don't use fabric conditioner, liquid detergent, pods or beads.
Avoid harsh cleaning products such as bleach or ammonia.
Keep the cloths out of the tumble dryer, so they keep their quality.
How do I get the round mop head off?
Easiest thing is to see it done once. Watch the short video.
How to use
You use the Wonder Cloth on almost everything: windows, car windows, mirrors, display cabinets, TV, tablet, phone, PC, wine glasses, stainless steel, gloss and matt kitchens, bathroom, toilet and the car.
Here's how. Soak a new cloth once for 15 minutes in lukewarm water and rinse it under the tap. Before every use, wring the cloth out well until it's just damp. Water is usually all you need; vinegar, washing-up liquid or an all-purpose cleaner are fine too.
Washing: sort by colour and wash at 40 degrees with the iZi-Clean Wash Sheets or with washing powder and a dash of vinegar. No fabric conditioner, no liquid detergent, no pods or beads, nothing harsh like bleach or ammonia, and never in the tumble dryer. Nothing more to it.
Can I put iZi-Clean cloths in the tumble dryer?
We advise against putting iZi-Clean cloths in the tumble dryer, because a dryer can go above 60 degrees and above that the cloths stop working the way they should. The cloths are 80% polyester, so there's a real chance they will shrink, and a shrunk cloth loses the structure it cleans with.
What else should I watch out for when using the cloths?
- Sort by colour
- Wash with iZi-Wash Sheets, or with washing powder and vinegar
- Wash at 40 degrees
- No fabric conditioner
- No liquid detergent
- No pods or beads
- No harsh cleaning products (bleach, ammonia and the like)
- Never in the tumble dryer
Our advice: treat the cloths with the same care you would give something precious.
How do I put the iZi-Click Mop together?
It goes together in a few clicks, with no tools. Watch the assembly video for the steps one by one.
Why can't I use liquid detergent?
Liquid detergent contains fatty ingredients, so a greasy film can stay behind on the cloth. That film keeps the cloth from making direct contact with a surface such as glass, and that's where streaks come from. To keep the cloths working at their best, leave the liquid detergent out.
Already washed them with liquid detergent? Rinse or wash the cloths with vinegar to strip the grease. That usually does the trick and brings them back to working exactly as they should 😉.
How do I wash the Drying Towel?
Sort by colour and wash at 40 degrees with iZi-Wash Sheets, or with washing powder and a dash of vinegar instead of fabric conditioner. Don't use fabric conditioner, liquid detergent, pods or beads, and nothing harsh. Never in the tumble dryer, don't iron it and don't leave it to dry on a hot radiator.
Should I wash the Drying Towel before I use it?
Yes. Give it a wash first to take out any production residue, so it performs at its best from the start.
How do I use the laundry sheets in the washing machine?
Load the machine, put the sheet (torn in half if you need to) at the bottom with the clothes and start the cycle. The sheet dissolves on its own during the wash.
How much of a sheet do I use per wash?
For lighter loads (under 4 kg) or laundry that isn't very dirty, half a sheet does it. For heavier loads (over 4 kg), heavily soiled laundry or hard water, use a whole sheet.
Can I hand wash with the laundry sheets?
Yes. Dissolve half a sheet in water to get the cleaning power going, leave your clothes to soak for about 20 minutes and wash by hand. Treat heavy stains beforehand.
What shouldn't I use the laundry sheets on?
Don't use them on wool or silk. Handle them with dry hands, store them dry and out of direct sunlight, and use them up to 60 degrees. Never in the tumble dryer.
How do I wash the Click Mop cloths?
The cloths that come in the box go in the washing machine at 40 degrees.
Do I need to do anything before I use the pan for the first time?
No. Give it a quick wash with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, dry it, and you can cook. There's no seasoning to do.
Does nothing really stick to the pan?
The secret is preheating. Heat the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium-high setting, then add a little oil or butter, and only then your food. The tri-ply spreads the heat quickly, so a lower setting than you're used to is usually plenty.
How do I keep the pan looking good?
Let the pan cool down first and clean it with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water. It's dishwasher safe, although washing by hand keeps the coating like new for longest.
And what if something does stick to the pan?
Stainless steel asks a little more attention than Teflon. Don't leave oil heating on a high setting for long (medium-high is enough) and clean the pan as soon as it has cooled. A stubborn patch? Let a shallow layer of water with a splash of vinegar or a spoonful of bicarbonate simmer gently for a few minutes, then wipe it away.
How do I wring the mop out without bending down?
Dip the mop in the bucket, then pull the pump in the handle. The mop turns in the built-in spinner and wrings itself almost dry. Your back stays straight and your hands stay clean, and you mop streak-free straight away because the mop isn't soaking wet.
Can I mop with the Turbo Twin Mop without any cleaning product?
Yes. The microfibre lifts dirt mechanically, so water on its own is often all you need. Want a bit more cleaning power, add a neutral all-purpose cleaner.
How do I wash the mop cloths, and how often?
Rinse the cloth after every use and wash it at 40 degrees every 2 to 3 mopping sessions. Sort by colour, wash with the iZi-Clean Wash Sheets or with washing powder and a dash of vinegar, and use no fabric conditioner, liquid detergent, pods or beads. Never in the tumble dryer; just hang it up.
Tips & tricks5
What am I doing wrong? I'm not getting a streak-free finish!
Nine times out of ten the cloth is too wet. Wring it out properly until it's just damp and most streaks go on their own. And unlike a traditional squeegee, a just-damp cloth still leaves windows streak-free in full sun.
How can one cloth save me 50% of my cleaning time?
You don't only save time on the cleaning itself: you no longer need a cupboard full of tools and cleaning products either. One cloth and water is enough.
You're finished sooner, the finish is strikingly streak-free, and that leaves more of your day for the things you would rather be doing.
On our social channels you can read from people who used to put cleaning off and now simply get it done, because it takes so little time and the result speaks for itself.
So I don't have to dry my windows?
No, there's no need to dry your windows: they're streak-free and dry within seconds.
Would you rather work with soapy water or a cleaning product? That's fine, it's just not necessary.
How damp should the cloth be?
Always use the cloth damp. Wet it and wring it out well, so it feels damp rather than wet. On delicate surfaces such as screens, spectacle lenses and high-gloss lacquer, a dry cloth is better avoided.
Bacteria don't die at 40 degrees, do they?
True, at 40 degrees bacteria don't die. That isn't how a cloth gets clean either. The detergent lifts them off the fibre, the drum knocks them out and the rinse water carries them away. So they leave with the water, they aren't boiled.
What stays behind dries out, and that's where bacteria run into trouble: they need moisture to live and multiply. A properly dried cloth goes back into your cupboard clean.
If you do want to kill them, you need 60 degrees or more. That's the standard in hospitals and care homes, where people work with vulnerable patients and with pathogens you won't meet at home. For your kitchen, bathroom and windows it isn't necessary, and it costs you something: high temperatures damage the fine fibre structure that makes the cleaning work in the first place. At 40 degrees that structure stays intact and your cloth lasts for years.
Does the Drying Towel help against limescale?
Yes. Drying your bathroom straight after a shower keeps limescale from forming: no water means no limescale. With its high absorbency you're dry and streak-free in a couple of passes.
