It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the agreement regarding the purchase of a product in the original packaging during a reflection period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your own home to the address provided by the entrepreneur are for your own account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Izi-Clean with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you must contact our customer service via info@izi-clean.com to receive return instructions by email.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The cost of sending a parcel via PostNL is approximately €7. Please consult the carrier's website for current prices.

We logically do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport, annoying!
