Email info@izi-clean.com with your name and order number and we will send you the return instructions. Once you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to post the parcel.
You get your money back within 14 days of registering your return. We only wait until your parcel has arrived, or until you show us that you have sent it.
How to send something back
Register your return by email
Send a message to info@izi-clean.com with your name and order number. You will get the return instructions back by email.
Post the parcel within 14 days
Put in everything that came with the order, in its original packaging if you can. Keep your tracking number safe, that is how you follow the parcel.
You get your money back
Within 14 days of registering your return we refund the full order amount to your account, including the delivery charges you paid on your order. We only wait until your return has reached us, or until you show us that you have sent it. The only thing you pay for is posting it back.

Then we sort it out and it costs you nothing. Email info@izi-clean.com straight away. If the fault is covered by the warranty, we arrange a replacement free of charge.
Your right of withdrawal in brief
This is the statutory rule your return falls under. With us you also get a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, longer than the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
- You notify us of your withdrawal within the cooling-off period by email to info@izi-clean.com, or in any other unambiguous way.
- As soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of that notification, you send the product back. That is not needed if we have offered to collect it ourselves.
- You send the product back with everything supplied, where reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging, and following the instructions we send you.
- The risk and the burden of proof for a correct and timely withdrawal lie with you as the consumer.
- The direct cost of posting it back is yours, unless we tell you that we will cover it.
- We refund everything you paid, including the delivery charges on your order, no later than 14 days after your notification. We may wait until we have the product back, or until you show us that you have sent it.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, any additional agreements are dissolved by operation of law.
