We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal.

In the Netherlands, small orders up to €7 are sent free of charge as a letterbox parcel. All amounts shown include VAT.

Order before 22:00 on a working day and your parcel leaves the same working day. Delivery times are an indication: the carrier decides the actual delivery day, and in busy periods it can take a day longer.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel with the carrier. If your address is not correct, change it in the carrier's app or have the parcel sent to a collection point. Once a parcel is on its way, we can no longer change the address.
Collection is possible in the Netherlands only and strictly by appointment. Send a message to info@izi-clean.com to arrange it. In all other countries we ship everything, and we have no collection points there.
If a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, we charge the shipping costs for a new dispatch. See also our page about parcels that are not collected.
