We ship on working days. As soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier, you automatically get an email with your track and trace code.

Free delivery from € 100. That threshold applies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. In Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria and Portugal the fixed rate stays in place, even on a large order.
Spain falls outside the parcel rate we agreed with our carrier for the neighbouring countries. That is why a fixed rate of € 9,95 applies there and the € 100 threshold does not. The amount is per order, so whether you buy one small pack or a full box, you pay the same.
Yes. Return your whole order and you get the full order amount back, including the delivery costs you paid. You only pay for sending it back. Everything about that is on Returns.
Yes. Every amount you see on our site, from product to delivery, includes VAT. Nothing is added at checkout.
Then the parcel comes back to us and we pay for shipping twice. For the return trip and the handling we charge € 9,95, the same as for an address that was passed on incorrectly. Why we do that is explained on this page. You avoid it simply by checking your address before you pay.
As long as your parcel has not been registered with the carrier, we are happy to change the address. Email us as soon as you can at info@izi-clean.com with your order number and the correct address.

The secret is in what's missing
Most non-stick pans owe their smoothness to PFAS, PFOA or PTFE, better known as Teflon. Handy, until you learn they're 'forever chemicals' that barely break down and can give off fumes when overheated. We chose a different route: no chemistry on your hob, but something nature has been making for millions of years.

What the first testers found
As a loyal iZi-Clean customer, I got to test these PFAS-free pans for 6 months. I was sceptical, because my previous 'green' pans had lost their non-stick coating after three months. But after half a year of daily use, eggs and pancakes still slide out effortlessly. No warped bases, no chemical smells, and so clean.
I've been using iZi-Clean for years, so I said yes straight away to testing the pan set for 6 months. Earlier 'green' alternatives disappointed: too light and warping, or awkwardly heavy. DotShield is different: sturdy but perfectly balanced, heats up quickly and evenly, handles stay cool. After half a year the coating is still like new.

The secret is preheating. Heat the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high, only then add a little oil or butter, and after that your food. Because of the tri-ply the heat spreads quickly, so a lower heat than you're used to is usually enough.

Yes. The non-stick coating is natural SiO₂ (silica, the main component of sand and glass), not PTFE or Teflon. Tested and certified to the strictest European standards: CE and LFGB, including DIN 10955.
No. The solid tri-ply runs through the whole pan, base and walls, not just the base. That keeps it flat, even under the considerable power of induction. The magnetic stainless steel 430 underlayer provides the coupling with your hob.
No. Just wash it with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, dry it, and you can cook. No seasoning needed.
That varies per pan and is always clearly stated with the product. The frying pans come with a matching glass lid, the saucepan and both soup pots have their lid as standard, and the pancake pan and wok are used without one.
They're sturdier than a thin aluminium pan, and that's exactly why they never warp. But the weight is in the base, not the handle, so they sit comfortably in the hand. The wok, saucepan and soup pots are deliberately a little lighter (2.5 mm) so you can lift them with one hand.
On the hob the stainless steel handles stay cool enough to grip; they're deliberately set slightly away from the pan. When the pan goes in the oven, always use an oven glove.
Let the pan cool down first and clean it with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water. It's dishwasher-safe, though the coating stays like new longest by hand. A thin layer of oil now and then keeps it in top form.
Honestly: stainless steel takes a little more attention than Teflon. Two habits prevent almost everything: don't heat oil too long on high (medium-high is enough) and clean the pan as soon as it has cooled. Still a stubborn spot? Gently simmer a layer of water with a dash of natural vinegar or a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda for a few minutes, then wipe away.
You have thirty days to change your mind, even if you've already used the pan. And a five-year guarantee on material and manufacturing faults.
