Pay within 30 days
With this option you only pay once your order has arrived. So you can check that everything is right before you part with any money. Klarna emails you the payment instructions, and you then have 30 days to pay.
Pay in 3 instalments
Would you rather spread the cost? Then choose Klarna Pay in 3 Instalments. The total is split automatically into three interest-free payments. The first is taken shortly after your order is dispatched, and the next two follow roughly 30 days apart.
Pay Klarna directly, and securely
Choose Klarna and you pay Klarna rather than the shop, so a trusted payment provider handles your money. That gives you an extra layer of security on your purchase.

You may want to send an order back. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the purchase of a product in its original packaging during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days, without giving a reason. At iZi-Clean you get more than the legal minimum: 30 days to change your mind. One important condition: the product must not have been used. During the cooling-off period you need to treat the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack it only as far as you need to in order to establish what it is and what it does. The rule of thumb is that you may handle and inspect it as you would in a shop.
Once you have cancelled, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You are then refunded the full order amount, excluding delivery costs. The cost of returning the product from your home to the address the trader gives you is yours to pay.
If you use your right to cancel, the product must go back to iZi-Clean with all the accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging.
To use this right, please contact our customer service team at info@izi-clean.com and we will email you the return instructions.
We then refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has reached us back in good order.
Sending a parcel with PostNL costs around €7. Please check the carrier's website for current prices.

The amount you paid for the products is refunded to your account. The amount you paid for delivery is NOT refunded.
Warranty
We do everything we can to get our products to you in top condition. Even so, an order does occasionally get damaged in transit, which is frustrating. If that happens, please contact our customer service team straight away at info@izi-clean.com. If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Wrong item delivered
Very occasionally you may receive a different product from the one you ordered. We will of course put that right for you. Contact our customer service team at info@izi-clean.com.

With weekly use and correct washing instructions, the cloths last about a year on average. After that, separate refills can always be ordered individually (Round Refill 2× or Flat Refill 2×, from €17.90).

Does this really work on all floors?
Yes. Tested on tiles, laminate, PVC, vinyl, wood and marble. The microfibre is soft enough for delicate surfaces and strong enough for deeper cleaning. The round mop cloth is not suitable for very rough, unsealed floors.
How long do the cloths last?
Up to 100× washes with correct use (40°C, no fabric softener, no tumble drying). One set lasts about a year with weekly use. After that: separate refills from €17.90 for 2 pieces.
Can I use the mop without cleaning agent too?
Yes. The microfibre picks up dirt mechanically — water alone is often enough. For extra cleaning you can add a neutral all-purpose cleaner.
How often should I wash the cloths?
Rinse briefly after each use. Every 2-3 mops, wash at 40°C in the machine. Sort by colour — especially the first time.
