How does the iZi-Clean & Friends programme work?

When you place an order with iZi-Clean, you receive a personal link on the confirmation page right after your purchase. This is your unique discount link, which you can use to invite others to discover our products.

Step 1: After your order, your personal link appears at the bottom of the confirmation page.

Step 2: Share this link via social media (such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok), WhatsApp, email or simply in person with friends or family.

Step 3: As soon as someone places an order via your link, he or she automatically gets a discount on that first purchase.

Step 4: You then receive an email from us with a button to claim your own reward.

Step 5: Click that button and your discount is applied automatically to your next order.

There is no form involved and no fuss with codes: everything happens automatically, simply and easily. That way sharing is fun and rewarding!

 

 

 Good to know

To keep everything running smoothly, there are a few simple rules to keep in mind:

·      Your reward is personal. You only receive a discount when someone else places an order via your link. If you buy something via your own link, that does not count.

·      You can receive a reward more than once. For every order via your link you receive a new discount. You can save those rewards and use them separately on future purchases.

·      Discounts cannot be stacked. You can use only one discount per order. Discounts also cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

·      Minimum spend required. Your discount is valid on a minimum spend of €20.

·      Every discount you earn is valid for 60 days from the moment you or your friend makes a purchase. After that it expires automatically.

No, your personal link is generated automatically and cannot be changed.

2. What happens if my friend cancels his or her order?
If the order is cancelled, you do not receive a reward for that referral.

3. Can I use my discount together with other promotions?
No, discounts from the iZi-Clean & Friends programme cannot be combined with other discount promotions or codes.

4. How do I know when I have received a reward?
You receive an email from us as soon as someone has placed an order via your link and your reward is ready to be claimed.

6. What if I do not use my reward within 60 days?
The discount expires automatically after 60 days and can no longer be activated.

7. Can I share my personal link with people outside the Netherlands?
Yes, you can share your link anywhere, but keep in mind that shipping costs and delivery times can differ by location.

8. Is it possible to save up my rewards and use several discounts at once?
You can save your rewards and use them on different purchases, but only one discount can be applied per order.
