How does iZi-Clean & Friends work?

When you place an order with iZi-Clean, your own personal link appears on the confirmation page straight after you pay. That link is what you share to let others discover our products.

Step 1: After your order, your personal link appears at the bottom of the confirmation page.

Step 2: Share it on social media (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok), by WhatsApp, by email, or simply in person with friends and family.

Step 3: As soon as someone orders through your link, they automatically get a discount on that first order.

Step 4: We then email you a button to claim your own reward.

Step 5: Click the button and your discount is applied automatically to your next order.

No forms, no fiddling about with codes: it all happens by itself. Sharing has never been easier, or more worthwhile.

Good to know

A few simple rules keep it all running smoothly:

· Your reward is personal. You only get a discount when someone else orders through your link. Buying something through your own link does not count.

· You can earn a reward more than once. Every order through your link earns you a new discount. Save them up and use them on different orders.

· Discounts do not stack. You can use one discount per order, and it cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

· Minimum spend applies. Your discount is valid on orders of €20 or more.

· Every discount you earn is valid for 60 days from the moment you or your friend places the order. After that it expires automatically.

No, your personal link is generated automatically and cannot be changed.

2. What happens if my friend cancels their order?
If the order is cancelled, you do not receive a reward for that referral.

3. Can I use my discount alongside other promotions?
No, iZi-Clean & Friends discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

4. How do I know I have earned a reward?
We email you as soon as someone has ordered through your link and your reward is ready to claim.

5. What if I do not use my reward within 60 days?
The discount expires automatically after 60 days and cannot be reactivated.

6. Can I share my link with people abroad?
Yes, share it wherever you like. Do keep in mind that delivery costs and delivery times differ from country to country.

7. Can I save up rewards and use several discounts at once?
You can save your rewards and spend them on different orders, but only one discount applies per order.
