Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the agreement regarding the purchase of a product in the original packaging during a reflection period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. An important condition is that the product has not been used. During the reflection period, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product. The starting point here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a store.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your own home to the address provided by the entrepreneur are for your own account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Izi-Clean with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you must contact our customer service via info@izi-clean.com to receive return instructions by email.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The cost of sending a parcel via PostNL is approximately €7. Please consult the carrier's website for current prices.

The amount you paid for the ordered products will be refunded to your account. The amount you paid for shipping will NOT be refunded.
Warranty
We logically do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport, annoying! In this case, it is important to contact our customer service directly via info@izi-clean.comIf the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide replacement free of charge.

Wrong delivery
In exceptional cases, you may receive a different product than you ordered. Of course, we will solve this annoying problem for you. Please contact our customer service via info@izi-clean.com.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and costs thereof
- If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he reports this within the cooling-off period by means of an e-mail to info@izi-clean.com voor revocation or in another unambiguous manner to the entrepreneur.
- As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day following the notification referred to in paragraph 1, the consumer returns the product. This is not necessary if the entrepreneur has offered to collect the product himself.In any case, the consumer has observed the return period if he returns the product before the cooling-off period has expired.
- The consumer shall return the product with all supplied accessories, if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
- The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.
- The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product unless the entrepreneur indicates that he will bear the costs himself.
- If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be dissolved by operation of law.
