Reflection period/returns
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. That is why you do not have 14 days but a 30 day cooling-off period with us.

Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

If delivery will be carried out by PostNL, the address can be changed to a PostNL collection point via the PostNL app.
