You may want to send an order back. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the purchase of a product in its original packaging during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days, without giving a reason. At iZi-Clean you get more than the legal minimum: 30 days to change your mind. One important condition: the product must not have been used. During the cooling-off period you need to treat the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack it only as far as you need to in order to establish what it is and what it does. The rule of thumb is that you may handle and inspect it as you would in a shop.

Once you have cancelled, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You are then refunded the full order amount, excluding delivery costs. The cost of returning the product from your home to the address the trader gives you is yours to pay.

If you use your right to cancel, the product must go back to iZi-Clean with all the accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging.

To use this right, please contact our customer service team at info@izi-clean.com and we will email you the return instructions.

We then refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has reached us back in good order.

Sending a parcel with PostNL costs around €7. Please check the carrier's website for current prices.

Keep your track & trace code somewhere safe.

The amount you paid for the products is refunded to your account. The amount you paid for delivery is NOT refunded.

Warranty

We do everything we can to get our products to you in top condition. Even so, an order does occasionally get damaged in transit, which is frustrating. If that happens, please contact our customer service team straight away at info@izi-clean.com. If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

  • Always give your name and order number in your email.
  • Send us photos of the fault.

Wrong item delivered

Very occasionally you may receive a different product from the one you ordered. We will of course put that right for you. Contact our customer service team at info@izi-clean.com.

  • Always give your name and order number in your email.
  • Send us photos of the fault.

How the consumer uses the right to cancel, and what it costs

  • If the consumer uses the right to cancel, they tell the trader within the cooling-off period by email to info@izi-clean.com, or in another unambiguous way.
  • The consumer sends the product back as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of the day following that notification. This is not required if the trader has offered to collect the product. The consumer has met the return deadline in any case if the product is sent back before the cooling-off period has expired.
  • The consumer sends the product back with all the accessories supplied, where reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging, and in line with the reasonable and clear instructions given by the trader.
  • The risk and the burden of proof for using the right to cancel correctly and on time lie with the consumer.
  • The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless the trader states that it will bear that cost.
  • If the consumer uses the right to cancel, all additional agreements are terminated by operation of law.

Would you rather exchange something?

We do not exchange products, but you can always return one.

What you'll love

Four things you notice straight away.

You taste your food, not your pan
Nothing leaches in, nothing steams off. Cook with peace of mind, even if the pan gets too hot for once.
Lasts, and lasts, and lasts
No coating that starts to flake after a few months. You'll still be reaching for this one in five years' time.
At home anywhere
Old gas hob or brand-new induction, it makes no difference to it. And it's oven-safe too.
Or your money back
Thirty days to try it at home. If it's not for you, we won't make it difficult.

The secret is in what's missing

The big difference is in what's nót in it.

Most non-stick pans owe their smoothness to PFAS, PFOA or PTFE, better known as Teflon. Handy, until you learn they're 'forever chemicals' that barely break down and can give off fumes when overheated. We chose a different route: no chemistry on your hob, but something nature has been making for millions of years.

Nothing to worry about
Left the pan empty on the heat for once? No panic and no fumes. There's simply nothing in it that can be released.
Really just sand and glass
The coating is silicon dioxide (SiO₂), the same stuff as in sand and glass. Fully inert, so it reacts to nothing, not even a sharp tomato sauce.
Why we go to this trouble
Because you cook every day for the people you care about. They deserve food without hidden ingredients. It's as simple as that.

Under the bonnet

Four layers that work together.

1
Natural SiO₂
The layer you cook on. Scratch-resistant, so sturdy utensils are fine. Pure nature, no plastic.
2
Stainless steel 304
The food-safe stainless grade. Neutral in taste, reacts to nothing.
3
Solid aluminium core
Runs from base to rim and spreads the heat evenly everywhere. No hot spots, no burnt edges.
4
Stainless steel 430
The magnetic underside that your induction hob recognises instantly. Stays dead flat, even at full power.
Handles up to 300°C
From searing to going in the oven. No fuss, no fumes.

What the first testers found

Used daily for six months.

★★★★★
Just as revolutionary as the rest of iZi-Clean

As a loyal iZi-Clean customer, I got to test these PFAS-free pans for 6 months. I was sceptical, because my previous 'green' pans had lost their non-stick coating after three months. But after half a year of daily use, eggs and pancakes still slide out effortlessly. No warped bases, no chemical smells, and so clean.

Finally a PFAS-free alternative that actually works

I've been using iZi-Clean for years, so I said yes straight away to testing the pan set for 6 months. Earlier 'green' alternatives disappointed: too light and warping, or awkwardly heavy. DotShield is different: sturdy but perfectly balanced, heats up quickly and evenly, handles stay cool. After half a year the coating is still like new.

One more thing

Questions you're bound to have.

Does really nothing stick to it?

The secret is preheating. Heat the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high, only then add a little oil or butter, and after that your food. Because of the tri-ply the heat spreads quickly, so a lower heat than you're used to is usually enough.

Will it work on my hob?

On all of them: gas, electric, ceramic and induction. And it's oven-safe up to 300°C.

Is it really 100% PFAS-free?

Yes. The non-stick coating is natural SiO₂ (silica, the main component of sand and glass), not PTFE or Teflon. Tested and certified to the strictest European standards: CE and LFGB, including DIN 10955.

Won't it warp on induction?

No. The solid tri-ply runs through the whole pan, base and walls, not just the base. That keeps it flat, even under the considerable power of induction. The magnetic stainless steel 430 underlayer provides the coupling with your hob.

Do I need to do anything before first use?

No. Just wash it with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, dry it, and you can cook. No seasoning needed.

Does it come with a lid?

That varies per pan and is always clearly stated with the product. The frying pans come with a matching glass lid, the saucepan and both soup pots have their lid as standard, and the pancake pan and wok are used without one.

Aren't the pans too heavy?

They're sturdier than a thin aluminium pan, and that's exactly why they never warp. But the weight is in the base, not the handle, so they sit comfortably in the hand. The wok, saucepan and soup pots are deliberately a little lighter (2.5 mm) so you can lift them with one hand.

Do the handles get hot?

On the hob the stainless steel handles stay cool enough to grip; they're deliberately set slightly away from the pan. When the pan goes in the oven, always use an oven glove.

How do I keep it looking good?

Let the pan cool down first and clean it with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water. It's dishwasher-safe, though the coating stays like new longest by hand. A thin layer of oil now and then keeps it in top form.

And if something does stick?

Honestly: stainless steel takes a little more attention than Teflon. Two habits prevent almost everything: don't heat oil too long on high (medium-high is enough) and clean the pan as soon as it has cooled. Still a stubborn spot? Gently simmer a layer of water with a dash of natural vinegar or a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda for a few minutes, then wipe away.

What about the guarantee and returns?

You have thirty days to change your mind, even if you've already used the pan. And a five-year guarantee on material and manufacturing faults.

What exactly does that guarantee cover?

Material and manufacturing faults under normal household use. Not covered: ordinary wear and scratches, damage from overheating or heating empty, cutting or scraping with metal utensils, incorrect cleaning, and drops or accidents. Applies to the first buyer on presentation of proof of purchase, is non-transferable and not for commercial catering use.

Can I use a discount code?

The DotShield prices are already introductory prices, so your saving is built right in. Separate discount codes don't apply on top of these.

What does shipping cost and when does it go out?

Free from €100, below that €4.95 (Belgium €4.95, Germany and France €5.95). Order on a working day before 22:00 and your parcel goes out the same day, with track & trace.

Can I pay later or in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna you pay later or in 3 instalments. You can also use iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card.
