There are 50 sheets in a pack. That is enough for up to 100 washes.

How to use the cloths:

All three cloths mentioned can be used both wet and dry. When the fabric cloths are used wet, drying may take a little longer. Whether the floor dries streak-free depends on the floor type and the cleaning products used. If you want to speed up drying, you can wipe the floor dry with an Izi-Clean wonder cloth or Izi-Dry Towel. This gives a streak-free result and a beautifully clean floor, which makes for a great cleaning experience.

With a slightly damp Izi-Clean wonder cloth you can easily clean hard-to-reach corners, tall doors, tall cupboards and bathroom tiles.

The 150 cm telescopic handle is easy to adjust to your own height and working height. For a streak-free result, it is important that both the surface you are cleaning and the cloths are properly clean and grease-free.

In some cases you need to wash a surface thoroughly twice to get it completely free of grease and dust.

A bucket with two separate chambers for dirty and clean water sounds ideal, but in practice it often does not work as expected.

Most standard buckets have just one compartment. But if you want to keep the dirty water separate from the clean water, you actually need three compartments, or two separate buckets:

1. A compartment for clean water - to start with and to rinse the cloth in clean water every time.
2. A rinse-out compartment - where the dirty water is collected after rinsing out the cloth.
3. A compartment to re-wet the cloth - so you can carry on mopping after wringing out, without dirt being left behind.

When you mop, it is important that as little dirty water as possible stays in the cloth. That is why you need to re-wet the cloth in the clean-water compartment after mopping. But after one rinse this water is no longer truly clean, which makes the two-compartment principle illogical. The cloth keeps ending up in slightly dirty water.

With three compartments or two separate buckets you can work in the right order, keeping the clean water clean and making mopping more efficient. That makes the whole cleaning process a lot easier!

The iZi-Dry Towel M absorbs up to 800 ml. That lets you get an average shower cabin streak-free and limescale-free in no time.

No. The laundry sheets wash softly without fabric softener.

The box contains 1 iZi-Click mop head, 1 handle of 150 cm, 1 fabric comb and 2 microfibre fabric cloths.

Yes. The 150 cm handle is extendable and can be shortened for compact storage. With the long handle you can clean hard-to-reach spots without back pain.

The click mop works with the included microfibre cloths and is also compatible with the iZi-Clean wonder cloths and the iZi-Dry Towel S.

Yes. The non-stick coating is natural SiO2 (silica, the main component of sand and glass), not PTFE or Teflon. Tested and certified to CE and LFGB, including DIN 10955.

Yes, on all hobs: gas, electric, ceramic and induction. And it can go into the oven up to 300 degrees.

No. The solid tri-ply runs through the entire pan, base and walls, not just the base. That keeps it flat, even under the power of induction. The magnetic stainless steel 430 outer layer provides the connection with your hob.

That varies per pan and is always clearly stated with the product. The frying pans come with a glass lid, the saucepan and both soup pots include their lid as standard, and the pancake pan and wok are used without one.

They are sturdier than a thin aluminium pan, and that is exactly why they never warp. The weight is in the base, not in the handle, so they feel comfortable in the hand.

On the hob, the stainless steel handles stay cool enough to hold; they are deliberately set slightly away from the pan. If the pan goes into the oven, always use an oven mitt.

You get a complete set: 1 round mop head with round microfibre cloth, 1 flat mop head with flat microfibre cloth, 1 adjustable stainless steel handle up to 150 cm, 1 bucket of 8 litres with built-in spinner and 1 fabric comb. Unpack, click and mop.

The round mop is for corners, edges, around the toilet and tight wet spaces: it rotates 360 degrees and reaches where a flat mop cannot. The flat mop is your base for large surfaces such as the living room, kitchen and hallway, and glides neatly under cupboards and sofas. Switching is just a matter of clicking.

Yes, it is suitable for all floor types: tiles, wood, laminate, PVC, vinyl and even marble and natural stone. The soft microfibre protects delicate surfaces. Only the round mop cloth is not suitable for very rough, unsealed floors; use the flat cloth there.

With correct washing the cloths last up to 100 washes; with weekly use that is about a year. After that, you simply order separate refills: the TTM Round Refill (2 pieces) for the round mop or the TTM Flat Refill (2 pieces) for the flat mop. A new handle is also available separately.

Yes, the stainless steel handle is adjustable up to 150 cm. That means everyone in the house can work with it comfortably, whether you are 1.55 m or 1.95 m tall, without bending over.

You can use the wonder cloth for almost everything: windows, car windows, mirrors, display cabinets, TV, tablet, phone, PC, wine glasses, stainless steel, high-gloss and matt kitchens, bathroom, toilet and the car.

Here is how: soak a new cloth once in lukewarm water for 15 minutes and rinse it under running water. Before use, wring the cloth out well until it is slightly damp. Water alone is often enough; vinegar, washing-up liquid or all-purpose cleaner is fine too.

Washing: sort by colour and wash at 40 degrees with the iZi-Clean Wash Sheets or with washing powder and a splash of vinegar. No fabric softener, no liquid detergent, no pods or scent beads, no harsh agents such as bleach or ammonia, and no tumble dryer. Happy cleaning!

We advise against putting iZi-Clean cloths in the tumble dryer, because the dryer temperature can rise above 60 degrees, after which the cloths will no longer work as they should. As the cloths are 80% polyester, there is a real chance they will shrink and lose their functionality.

Because liquid detergent contains greasy components, a layer of grease can remain on the cloth. This prevents the cloth from making direct contact with surfaces such as glass, which can get in the way of a streak-free result. To keep the cloths working at their best, it is important to avoid liquid detergent.

What to do if the cloths have been washed with liquid detergent after all? Rinse or wash the cloths with vinegar to degrease them. This usually works well to restore the cloths to their original functionality, so they work perfectly again as intended 😉.

Yes. Wash the towel before use to remove production residues, for the best result.

Load the laundry into the machine, place the laundry sheet (torn if needed) at the bottom with the clothes and start the wash cycle. The sheet dissolves by itself during the wash.

For lighter loads (under 4 kg) or less dirty laundry, use half a sheet. For heavier loads (over 4 kg), heavily soiled laundry or hard water, use a whole sheet.

Yes. Dissolve half a sheet in water to activate the cleaning power, let your clothes soak for about 20 minutes and wash by hand. Pre-treat heavy stains.

Do not use them on wool or silk. Handle them with dry hands only, store them dry and out of direct sunlight, and use them up to a maximum of 60 degrees. No tumble dryer.

You can wash the included cloths at 40 degrees in the washing machine.

No. Just wash it with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, dry it, and you are ready to cook. Seasoning is not necessary.

The secret is preheating. Heat the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat, only then add a little oil or butter, and then your food. Thanks to the tri-ply, the heat spreads quickly, so a lower setting than you are used to is usually enough.

Let the pan cool down first and clean it with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water. It is dishwasher safe, although the coating stays like new longest when washed by hand.

Stainless steel needs just a little more attention than Teflon. Do not heat oil too long on high heat (medium is enough) and clean the pan as soon as it has cooled down. A stubborn spot? Let a layer of water with a splash of vinegar or a spoonful of baking soda simmer gently for a few minutes, then wipe it away.

Dip the mop briefly in the bucket and then pull the pump in the handle. The mop spins in the built-in spinner and wrings itself almost dry. That keeps your back straight and your hands clean, and you mop streak-free right away because the mop is not soaking wet.

Yes. The microfibre picks up dirt mechanically, so water alone is often enough. If you want extra cleaning power, you can add a neutral all-purpose cleaner.

Rinse the cloth briefly after each use and wash it every 2 to 3 mopping sessions at 40 degrees in the washing machine. Sort by colour, wash with the iZi-Clean Wash Sheets or washing powder with a splash of vinegar, and do not use fabric softener, liquid detergent, pods or scent beads. No tumble dryer; just hang it up to dry.

Almost always, the cloth is too wet. Wring it out well until it is slightly damp and most streaks will disappear by themselves. And unlike with a traditional window squeegee, a slightly damp cloth works streak-free even in full sunlight.
